A little bit of history

We have been learning a lot about each other by bringing in historical artifacts from home for a purposeful 'show & tell'.  Hamish entertained us with tales from the sea with his nautical compass set.  Our History unit explores personal and community histories, helping us understand ourselves, each other and the world we live in.

Keep bringing in amazing things for us to discuss and write about.  We are building a time line across our classroom to help us understand where we fit into history.
